  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Times?
    Our pickup times typically occur in the morning, before noon. Orders placed after noon will be scheduled for pickup the following day. Please note: We are not responsible for the theft of laundry bags left out passed noon or overnight. Please schedule accordingly.
  • Same-Day Requests
    Same-day fee: $25 Same-day requests must be placed no later than 9 AM to ensure delivery between 3 PM - 5 PM. Any same-day orders placed after 9 AM will either be rescheduled for the next day or canceled. Same-day service requests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We strive to fulfill these requests whenever possible, but scheduling is dependent on current demand and staff capacity. To increase the likelihood of securing same-day service, we recommend submitting your request as early in the day as possible.
  • Free pickup/delivery
    At We Maid It, we are happy to mention that we do not charge a pickup or delivery fee. Other fees may apply if missed pickup (client did not leave laundry out when they agreed to) or unsanitary laundry (urine, feces). Please check our Potential Fees in Pricing FAQs for more information.
  • Pickup Locations?
    We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off options wherever is most convenient for you – front door, porch, garage, or even via keycode entrance. As long as we have access, we can handle pick-up and delivery to the same location!
  • What areas do you service for Laundry?
    We currently serve Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, and parts of Menifee. Areas outside of these locations may incur a travel fee based on distance.
  • Introductory rate
    We're excited to introduce our new laundry services! For the first service, enjoy our Basic and Standard tiers at a special introductory rate of just $0.90 per pound.
  • One-Time Laundry Service
    We do offer one time laundry services however at a premium price. Please check our pricing information FAQ to get all the details.
  • Price
    The introductory rate starts @ $0.90/lb, including Basic or Standard plans. One-Time Service: - Basic Laundry service $2/lb - Standard Laundry service $2.50/lb Membership plans: - Basic pricing $1.25/lb - Standard pricing $1.50/lb - Premium pricing $2.40/lb - Bulk $4/lb Drop-Off: - Same-Day Fee - $25 - Priority (24 hrs) - $10 - Standard (48 hrs) - No Fee
  • New Customers
    All new customers will be required to pay a minimum deposit fee of $30, which will be credited toward your first laundry service. This helps us verify that the card on file is active and will not decline at the time of service. Once your laundry is weighed, we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly and charge any remaining balance to the credit card on file.
  • Estimated Cost?
    To estimate your service cost, an average hamper weighs around 10 pounds. You can also weigh your laundry by stepping on a bathroom scale—first, weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding the laundry, and subtract the difference to get the weight. Most households typically send in 20-60 pounds of laundry each week. Which can equal $30-85 depending on the service requested (min. fee applied)
  • Forms of Payment
    To use We Maid It’s laundry service, we require a credit card on file and will set you up on a subscription-based plan with charges based on your chosen frequency, One-time service, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Payment will be processed once your laundry is weighed before washing. If the payment is declined for any reason, we will return your clothes "as is" with care.
  • When is the laundry weighed?
    Your laundry will be weighed after pick-up, while still in the bags you provided. Once weighed, the card on file will be charged for the requested services. If the payment is declined, the bags will be carefully returned to your doorstep, "as is."
  • Minimum Fee
    We have a minimum order fee of $30 for Basic services and $40 for Standard services. This means that if your laundry weighs 8 lbs and you're on the Basic plan, instead of charging $1.25 per lb, we will apply the minimum fee of $30 for your service.
  • Large Items $$
    Large items, such as comforters, incur an additional $8 charge per item (on top of the standard per-pound rate). A large item is defined as one that requires a separate wash and dry cycle in a standard residential washer/dryer.
  • Potential Fees
    Service Fees: - Same-Day Delivery - $25 - Next-Day Delivery (Priority 24hrs) - $10 Missed Pickup Fee: A $20 fee will be charged if your expert arrives for pickup and your laundry is not at the designated location. Unsanitary Fee: A $30 fee may apply if our experts deem your laundry unsafe or unsuitable for service. This can include: - Work uniforms exposed to hazardous substances. - Items soiled with bodily fluids such as blood, urine, feces, vomit, or other biological matter. - Bed linens or clothing contaminated due to illness, including lice or bed bugs. - Items heavily soiled with pet hair, urine, feces, or dander. Shoes/Sneaker Washing: We offer shoe and sneaker laundering for just $10 per pair. This service requires extra care and attention—we remove the laces, clean the fabric, and do our best to remove scuffs from the rubber soles to leave your shoes looking fresh.
  • Differences between services?
    We offer multiple service tiers to fit your laundry needs, each with unique features beyond just pricing: Basic: ✔ No color sorting – all items are washed and dried together. ✔ Includes wash, dry, and fold. ✔ Free pickup and delivery. Standard: ✔ Everything in Basic plus color sorting – whites and colors are separated. Premium: ✔ Everything in Standard plus Hang-Up Service. ✔ Clothes are neatly hung on hangers (provided by you) and returned in a garment bag, keeping them wrinkle-free and closet-ready. Bulk: ✔ Designed for heavy items requiring a dedicated wash and dry cycle. ✔ Ensures proper drying by turning items periodically for the best results. Each tier is tailored to provide the best care for your laundry. Let us know what works best for you
  • What’s included with my subscription?
    With your We Maid It subscription, detergent is included with our wash-dry-fold service. You’re welcome to provide any additional laundry products, like fabric softener, dryer sheets, or bleach, and we’ll use them as per your instructions. Any unused products will be returned to you at no extra charge.
  • What if there's loss or damage?
    We Maid It takes great care in handling your belongings. Your laundry is always kept separate, tagged, and processed with attention to detail. We follow standard washing and drying practices to ensure the best care for your items. While loss or damage is extremely rare, we provide coverage of up to $500 per order for your peace of mind.
  • Unsafe or Unsanitary Laundry
    We prioritize safety and cleanliness for all our customers. Before placing an order, you’ll need to certify that your laundry: Is free of bed bugs, fleas, roaches, and biohazardous materials. Is sanitary, without feces, urine, blood, or vomit, except for traces typically found in household laundry. Does not contain excessive pet hair. Work uniforms exposed to hazardous substances. Failure to meet these standards will result in a $30 fee charged to the card on file, and your laundry will be returned "as is." In some cases, your account may be closed.
  • Weight Limitations
    If your order exceeds 100 pounds, we may need additional time to complete your service. For Same-Day service, the weight limit is 50 pounds.
  • Do you have a Hang to dry option?
    With We Maid It’s Standard or Priority laundry service, we can easily accommodate any hang-dry requests you may have. Unfortunately, hang-drying is not available for our Same-day service. To have your items hang-dried with our Standard/Priority service: Select "Hang Dry" and include any hangers needed in the bag. Place your hang-dry items in a separate bag and label it clearly. Include the correct number of hangers (please provide your own, as we don’t supply them). We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring your clothes are properly hung and returned to you wrinkle-free. Remember that hang-dried items are weighed with the hangers.
  • Do you separate lights & darks?
    Yes, we separate lights and darks for our Standard and higher-tier services. Our Basic option is a no-frills, toss-it-all-in approach—perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly choice!
  • Washing Temperatures?
    At We Maid It, we launder clothes in cold water, as recommended by laundry experts for optimal care. If you prefer your laundry to be washed in hot water, simply let us know in the “message or special requests” and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
  • Heat Temperature
    We Maid It will dry all garments under low-medium heat, never high heat. Unless specifically requested.
  • Fabric Softener
    Fabric softener isn’t recommended as it can weaken fabrics and reduce the lifespan of your clothes. For this reason, we typically don’t stock or use it. However, if you prefer fabric softener, simply choose the option —we’ll be happy to use it.
  • Detergent
    When placing an order, you can choose from three detergent options: Standard – Name brand detergent with a fresh, long-lasting scent. (Gain, Tide, etc.) Hypoallergenic – A gentle, unscented option for sensitive skin. Provide Your Own – Send your preferred detergent with your pickup, and we’ll return any unused portion. If you select Premium-Scented or Hypoallergenic, your Laundry Pro will use a high-quality, trusted brand to ensure the best results. If you'd like to use your own please provide at the time of Pick-Up and our laundry expert will drop off the unused portion.
  • Do you launder shoes/sneakers?
    Yes, we offer shoe cleaning as an additional service for a separate fee. To ensure proper care, we remove the laces, thoroughly clean the rubber soles with a magic eraser to reduce scuffs, and follow the best cleaning methods based on the shoe material. Cold water washes only. This does add an additional fee.
